For EMEA & APAC candidates applying to North American roles
See who already holds the job, then see where you stand.
Paste a posting from the US or Canada and upload your resume. Bridgefit benchmarks you against the group that holds the role today, then adds what matters from abroad: pay in your currency, time zones and work-authorization routes.
Privacy: your resume is read in memory to compute scores and is never stored, logged or sent anywhere except an LLM provider you configure. Benchmarks are group-level only and never show individual people.
How it works
- Paste a North American job posting. Bridgefit reads the title, level, pay range and the required and preferred qualifications.
- Upload your resume. PDF, DOCX or plain text. It's read in memory and never stored.
- See where you stand. A realistic match level, your position on each dimension compared with people already in the role, and similar roles ranked by fit.
- Plan the move. A prioritized gap plan, pay in your currency, time-zone overlap and the work-authorization routes that fit your passport.
Resume vs. job posting is only half the picture
Keyword match tools compare your resume with a job description. Hiring teams compare you with the people they already hired. Bridgefit benchmarks you against the typical background of current role holders, so you know whether a job is a realistic target or a stretch before you spend hours on an application across time zones.
Applying from abroad adds questions a job board won't answer: will they sponsor a visa, is the role remote, what does the salary mean in won, rupees or euros, and how did other international candidates get in? Bridgefit puts those answers next to your match score.

FAQ
Who is Bridgefit for?
Candidates in Korea, Japan, Singapore, India, Australia, the UK and the rest of Europe who are applying to jobs based in the United States or Canada and want an honest read on their chances before they apply.
How does Bridgefit estimate how likely I am to get the job?
It compares your resume with the posting's requirements and with the typical background of people who already hold the role: prior employers, degrees and years of experience at hire. You get a match level (Strong, Possible, Stretch or Unlikely), your position on each dimension and a gap plan. It's an estimate to guide your application, not a hiring decision.
Does Bridgefit show the people who hold the role?
No. Benchmarks are aggregate-only, with the sample size and a confidence label. Bridgefit never shows names or individual profiles.
What happens to my resume?
Your resume is read in memory to compute scores and then discarded. It isn't stored, logged, or used for training.
Does Bridgefit tell me whether a company sponsors visas?
It flags what the posting itself says about sponsorship and relocation, and it lists common work-authorization routes for the US (H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, TN) and Canada (intra-company transfer, Global Talent Stream, IEC, Express Entry). This is general guidance, not legal advice. Confirm with the employer or a licensed immigration adviser.
Which job postings work?
Paste a link from Ashby, Greenhouse or Lever, or most other job pages. If a page needs JavaScript to show its text, paste the posting text instead.
